Texas Hybrid Components manufactures bespoke designed mold tools, for industry players who need mold tools for injection molding operations, which are outside the standard run-of-the-mill requirements. We offer an integrated solution, from software design of 3D models, sourcing of materials and ultimately delivery of the completed mold tool. We service the Central Texas region from our operations based in Georgetown, Texas.

A key element of our ability to craft customized solutions, is the range of HAAS CNC machines we possess, which range from VF-0 units up to the VF-11, with an impressive and very flexible 120″ x 40″ x 30″ range of travel. The accuracy of our work is enhanced by the use of Renishaw Inspection Plus software for use with surface probing.
